Frequently Asked Questions

Any property owner with a furnished rental located within 5 miles of a major hospital can apply. Properties must meet StayRN standards, including security, cleanliness, and affordability, and be suitable for mid-term stays.

Simply complete the online application form. Once approved, our team will assist in onboarding your property to the platform, including creating a detailed listing and setting up management protocols.

StayRN manages property listings, reservations, guest communication, and cleaning coordination. We also provide healthcare-specific welcome kits and ensure your property meets the needs of traveling nurses.

Hosts are paid directly through StayRN’s secure platform. Payments are processed within 3 business days after a guest’s check-in, ensuring timely compensation for your rental.

It is 100% free to list on our website. StayRN charges a 12% fee from the total reservation amount once a booking is confirmed. This fee covers listing management, guest communication, cleaning coordination, and marketing your property to our network of healthcare professionals.

Yes, StayRN allows flexibility. While we handle reservations, guest communication, and cleaning coordination, you retain control over property maintenance and in-state management requirements.
