1. Introduction
1.1 StayRN is a housing platform designed to connect healthcare professionals with mid-term furnished housing options.
1.2 These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the “User”) and StayRN (the “Company”).
1.3 If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using our services.
2. Services
2.1 StayRN provides a platform for booking and listing furnished accommodations for mid-term stays.
2.2 StayRN does not own or manage the properties listed on its platform. Hosts are solely responsible for their properties.
3. User Eligibility
3.1 You must be at least 18 years old to use the StayRN platform.
3.2 By using our platform, you represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
4. Account Registration
4.1 Users must create an account to access StayRN’s services.
4.2 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
4.3 You agree to provide accurate and complete information during the registration process.
5. Booking Policies
5.1 All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by the Host.
5.2 Users are responsible for reviewing the property details, terms, and cancellation policies before confirming a booking.
5.3 Payment for bookings must be made through StayRN’s platform. Any other payment arrangement is strictly prohibited.
6. Host Responsibilities
6.1 Hosts must ensure that their properties meet the safety, cleanliness, and furnishing standards outlined by StayRN.
6.2 Hosts must comply with all local laws and regulations, including zoning, licensing, and tax obligations.
6.3 Hosts are solely responsible for resolving any issues or disputes with Guests.
6.4 Pricing Model and Responsibilities:
StayRN will list and manage the Host’s property on the platform, including handling reservations, guest communication, and providing healthcare-specific welcome kits.
Hosts are responsible for property maintenance, compliance with local regulations, and ensuring the property meets StayRN’s standards.
StayRN charges a 12% management fee on the total reservation amount for these services.
StayRN will bill the Host separately for cleaning costs, which are reimbursed by the Guest through the platform. (Only if the Host does not have professional cleaning services in place)
7. Guest Responsibilities
7.1 Guests must treat the property and its contents with care and respect.
7.2 Guests are responsible for any damages they cause to the property during their stay.
7.3 Guests must adhere to the property’s rules as outlined in the listing.
8. Cancellation and Refunds
8.1 StayRN’s cancellation policy is determined by the Host for each listing. Please review the policy before booking.
8.2 Refunds are processed in accordance with the Host’s cancellation policy.
8.3 StayRN reserves the right to mediate disputes but does not guarantee resolution.
9. Prohibited Activities
9.1 Users may not:
Use the platform for illegal or unauthorized purposes.
Misrepresent information in their profiles or listings.
Damage or deface properties.
9.2 Violation of these terms may result in account suspension or termination.
10. Limitation of Liability
10.1 StayRN is not liable for:
Property conditions or inaccuracies in listings.
Disputes between Guests and Hosts.
Injuries, losses, or damages arising from stays booked through our platform.
10.2 StayRN’s liability is limited to the fees paid by the User for services directly provided by StayRN.
11. Privacy Policy
11.1 StayRN collects and uses personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
11.2 By using our platform, you consent to the collection, use, and sharing of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.
12. Intellectual Property
12.1 StayRN retains all rights, title, and interest in its platform, branding, and content.
12.2 Users may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content from the platform without prior written consent from StayRN.
13. Modifications to Terms
13.1 StayRN reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.
13.2 Users will be notified of significant changes. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
14. Governing Law
14.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Palm Beach County, Florida.
14.2 Any disputes arising from this agreement will be resolved in the courts of Palm Beach County, Florida.
